SB School of Real Estate — known as the SB Score — is a Connecticut state-licensed real estate school with one mission: give aspiring Connecticut real estate professionals the knowledge, confidence, and support they need to pass their exam and launch a career they love.
Why We Started SB School
SB School of Real Estate was founded by Sherina C. Baker with a clear goal: provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the ever-changing field of real estate. We aim to empower our students to achieve their goals and create lasting success in their careers.
Our goal is to provide opportunities for students who want to pursue successful careers in real estate through education. We want to partner with brokers looking for graduates to join their organizations, as well as with local government — and address the needs of the greater community by providing what the marketplace demands.
All of our courses are delivered via Live Virtual Classroom over Zoom — a real interactive experience with your instructor and classmates, not pre-recorded videos. SB School of Real Estate is licensed in the state of Connecticut and meets all CT Real Estate Commission educational requirements.

With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Sherina Baker brings real-world knowledge, practical experience, and a passion for education into every class. As the Broker/Owner of SB Realty Group and Founder of SB School of Real Estate, she has built her career helping buyers, sellers, investors, and aspiring real estate professionals navigate the industry with confidence.
Her teaching style goes beyond preparing students to complete the required coursework. She combines real estate principles with real-life scenarios, industry insight, business fundamentals, and practical guidance to help students understand what it truly takes to build a career in real estate.
