Policies
Real Estate Pre-Licensing Principals & Practice Course Policies.
Attendance is mandatory. No driving while on zoom. Instructor must see your face at all times. This is a virtual classroom. All classes are being recorded.
No refunds after class has started. If cancelling before the day class starts refunds are given less at $50.00 administration fee and books are non-refundable.
A minimum score of 70 is required for a passing course grade, and is also the minimum State requirements for licensure eligibility.
This course meets the minimum educational requirements as set forth by the Connecticut Real Estate Commission.This course is a Mandatory 60-Hour class. No exceptions.
